The easiest homemade crackers recipe
This is the easiest and quickest way to prepare homemade crackers. They are absolutely wonderful- cheap and yummy! Ideal as a starter, simple snack or finger food for parties.
You need:
- 200g (7 oz) pate brisee
- 100g (4 oz) green olives
- 100g (4 oz) grated parmesan
Roll out the pastry, place it on a baking tray and spread the grated parmesan on top
Cut the pastry into squares and place an olive on top of each square
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the crackers for 20-30 minutes until the golden brown color. Bon appetit!
