Pasta with black olives and lemon creamy sauce


Another Italian recipe:-) I like this pasta not only because it is very quick and easy to cook but also because it has an amazing flavor and unusual taste. The sauce doesn't need to be cooked and takes just a few minutes to make it. If you are looking for a new taste experience try this pasta with black olives and lemon sauce. It will surprise you!

You need:

- 200g (7 oz) pasta
- 100g (4 oz) black olives
-  2tbsp olive oil
- 1/2tbsp capers
- 20g (1 tbsp) soft butter
- 1/2 grated lemon zest
- 1/2tbsp lemon juice
- salt, black pepper
- grated parmesan


Blend the olives and capers with a blender


Add the soft butter, finely grated lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper and mix well


Cook pasta in the meantime and mix it with this sauce. Sprinkle some grated parmesan on top and serve it:-) Buon appetit!
