Fennel, radish and capers salad


This salad is really simple, easy and refreshing:-) It's perfect as a light lunch or complement to meat and fish mains. Ready in less than 5 minutes! 

You need:
  • 1 medium fennel
  • 100g (4 oz) radish
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil

Slice the fennel and radish


Add capers. Whisk olive oil, vinegar, some salt and black pepper in a small bowl until well mixed and pour it over the vegetables. Mix well. Ready:-) Bon appetit:-)
