Homemade nutella biscuits recipe

This recipe is the result of a mistake:-) I was trying to make a homemade nutella but it didn't come out as I expected... unfortunately... or luckily! Because then I decided to transform my ''not good'' nutella into these absolutely delicious cookies:-) They are my husband's favorite now:-)

You need:

- 60g (2 oz) nuts
- 100g (4 oz) dark chocolate
- 100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
- 70g (1/3 cup) butter
- 100ml (3 fl oz) milk
- 1/4tsp vanilla powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup plain flour

Blend the nuts to get a smooth mixture

Combine the nuts, milk, chocolate, butter, sugar and vanilla powder and cook them on low heat until all the ingredients are melted and well mixed

And here it is - my ''not good'' nutella:-))))Probably you won't find it so bad eh eh. In case you like it you can stop here and enjoy it:-) Or go on and transform it into super tasty cookies!

Let nutella cool and combine it with 2 eggs and 2 cups of flour

Mix well to get a smooth and soft pastry

Divide it in many balls (of a walnut size) and bake them at 180C/350F for 20 minutes

Yummy! Enjoy these super tasty and crunchy cookies:-) Bon appetit!
