Ham and cheese quiche recipe
If you are looking for a simple and tasty quiche recipe this one is for you:-) It is good as an appetizer, main dish, party food, Christmas food... well, it is perfect for any occasion eh eh. It's made in no time and super DELICIOUS!
You need:
- 1 ready brisee pastry roll
- 150g (5 oz) sliced ham
- 150g (5 oz) cheese (choose the one that melts easily)
- 1 onion
- 200g (3/4 cup) heavy cream
- 2 eggs
- salt,pepper
Set the brisee pastry over a baking pan
Chop the onion and fry it in some oil for 5 minutes
Put it on the pastry
Lay the grated cheese down on top of the onion
Place the ham on top of the cheese
Combine the heavy cream, eggs, salt and pepper and stir well
Pour this mixture on top of the quiche
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the quiche for 40 minutes until the top is of a light brown color. And voilĂ ! Super easy and super tasty! Bon appetit:-)
