These tender baked chicken thighs are ideal for a healthy and delicious dinner. The chicken gets so soft and tender that it melts in your mouth! It is low fat, diet and very tasty:-)
You need:
- 2 chicken thighs
- 2 carrots
- 4 potatoes
- salt, pepper and rosemary
- 1 oven bag
This recipe has one secret: to get a super tender chicken meat boil it for 15 minutes in salty water (until it is half cooked)
Cut the carrots and potatoes
Rub the chicken with salt and black pepper and place it into the oven bag together with the carrots and potatoes, put some rosemary inside too. Close the bag properly.
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the chicken thighs for 1 hour.
The result? Incredibly tender meat that falls of the bones and melts in your mouth, soft delicious vegetables and amazing smell of rosemary! Enjoy it:-)
