Natural cold and flu remedy

The weather is changing and it's getting colder (especially in the morning and at night) brrr. It's so easy to catch cold during these season changes:-( This vitamin mixture is a good remedy for cold and sore throat. 

You need only 3 ingredients:

- 150g (5oz) fresh ginger root
- 150g (5oz) peeled lemon
- 150g (5oz) honey


Cut the ginger root and lemon into small pieces 



And mince them with a meat mincer (you can also use a blender). My son Alessio enjoyed helping me:-)



Add honey to the mixture and put it into a glass jar. Store it in refrigerator and take 1 teaspoon a day. You can stir a spoonful of this mixture into a cup of  a hot tea. Be healthy! :-)
