Vegan burger recipe

These vegan burgers are by no means worse than the traditional meat ones. But they are much healthier! And absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!

To prepare 4 vegan burgers you need:

- 400g (14 oz) canned chickpeas
- 3 dried tomatoes
- 8 green olives
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- dried oregano
- salt, black pepper
- olive oil

Combine the chickpeas, dried tomatoes, green olives, oregano, salt and pepper and blend then with a blender to get a smooth cream

Add 2 tbsp chickpea flour. The paste should be soft but not sticky

Make 4 burgers and place them on a greaseproof paper

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F, put some olive oil on top of the burgers and cook them for 20 minutes until the golden brown color

Serve them with burger buns, vegan cheese, fresh salad leaves and tomatoes. (You can also freeze the cooked burgers to have them ready for the next time:-)) Bon appetit:-)
