To prepare these browned Brussels sprouts you need:
- 200g (7 oz) Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt, black pepper
Sometimes Brussels sprouts may have a strong bitter taste. To reduce the bitter flavor from Brussels sprouts cut them in two. Mix 1 liter of water and 1/2 lemon juice. Bring it to boil, add Brussels sprouts and boil for 5 minutes.
Put the butter and olive oil in a frying pan and wait until the butter melts
