How to make grape juice
Grape juice is not only tasty, it also has a lot of health benefits: it raises the level of good cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, has anti-aging properties, helps to reduce weight... and much more:-) If you want to make it at home just follow these simple steps:
Wash the grapes
Put them in a blender
And blend for 1-2 minutes (it depends on the quantity of the grapes)
Pour the grapes pulp into a strainer and press it with back of a spoon. Ready! Enjoy it and be healthy:-)
