Easy mini pizzas recipe

Flour, yeast, oil and water: these simple and cheap ingredients make miracles happen if combined together! If you are looking for an easy and delicious appetizer idea this recipe is for you:-)

You need:

- 250g (9oz) bread flour
- 4g (1tsp) dried yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 125ml (4 fl oz) warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50g (2 oz) green olives

Combine all the liquid ingredients

And add the dry ingredients to the liquid ones

Knead the dough (I use my bread maker to do it but it's just the same if you knead the dough by hand)

Leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. Then divide the dough into many little balls and place them in a baking tin and leave them grow for another 30 minutes

Place a pan with warm water on the bottom of the oven and preheat it to 200C/400F.

Combine 1tbsp olive oil with 1 tbsp water and brush this mixture on top of the pizzas, put some olives on top of each pizza and press them slightly.

Bake for 15 minutes.  Bon appetit and good luck:-)
