To make corn and leek fritters you need:
- 150g (5 oz) canned sweet corn
- 2tbsp flour
- 3,5tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 1,5tbsp grated cheese
- some fresh leek (slice it and fry in oil for 3 minutes), you can also substitude it with fresh basil leaves
- salt, black pepper
- oil for frying
Whisk the egg
Add flour, milk and stir well
Add the rest of the ingredients (sweet corn, fried leek, grated cheese, salt and pepper) and mix. Leave it in a fridge for 15 minutes
Fry the fritters in hot oil (2 minutes for each side)
