No-bake chocolate biscuit cake

easy chocolate and whipping cream cake recipe

If you are dreaming of a delicious creamy chocolate cake but have no time and desire to spend hours cooking and baking, I have a solution for you! Just follow this step-by-step recipe. This no-bake chocolate biscuit cake is super quick and easy to make. Rich chocolate taste and delicate cream make it really irresistible :-)

To make the cake you need:


  • 300g (10oz) any tea biscuits
  • 150g (5oz) dark chocolate
  • 100g (4oz) butter
  • 25g (2tbsp) castor sugar
  • 7tbsp milk
  • 250ml (8 fl oz) whipping cream+1,5tbsp sugar



Break the cookies in small pieces


Combine the butter and dark chocolate and melt them using a double boiler



Combine the cookies, castor sugar, milk, melted chocolate and butter


Mix well. The ''pastry'' is ready


Cover a cake pan with a parchment paper


Transfer the ''pastry'' into a cake pan and press it a little using a spoon. Refrigirate it for 30 minutes


In the meantime prepare a whipped cream


Remove the cake from the fridge and put the whipped cream on top of it
