Chickpea flatbread recipe (Cecina Toscana)

This chickpea flatbread is typical of the Italian region of Tuscany. You need only 4 simple ingredients to make it (no eggs and milk). But the result will sure surprise you because it's super delicious!!! Ideal as an appetizer or healthy snack. And then, it's gluten-free:-)

You need:

- 180g (6 oz) chickpea flour
- 600ml (20 fl oz) water
- 6tbsp olive or sunflower oil (3tbsp oil for 'the dough'' and 3tbsp oil to grease the baking pan)
- 1tsp salt

 Combine the chickpea flour, 3tbsp oil, salt and water

Mix all the ingredients with a mixer (the ''dough'' will be very liquid)

Grease the baking pan with 3tbsp oil

Pour the ''dough'' in the baking pan

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and bake the flatbread for 20-30 minutes until light brown color. Bon appetit:-)
