The easiest apple cake recipe

This is the easiest apple cake recipe ever. And it's very cheap because you'll need only 5 ingredients. But simple doesn't mean not good. On the contrary, it's very delicious and super soft:-) Ideal as a tea time treat!

You need:

- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup plain flour

- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 apples

Beat the eggs with the sugar

Add the flour and baking soda and stir well

Cut the apples in small cubes (if you like cinnamon, add some to the apples)

Add the apples to the flour-and-eggs mixture, stir well and pour it in a baking cake pan

 

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the cake for 30 minutes. Bon appetit:-)
