An easy phyllo dough meat roll

Phyllo dough sheets are ideal for creating quick and tasty food. This meat roll is really delicious and very easy to make. It is perfect as an appetizer or main dish. Surprise your family and friends with this original plate:-)

You need:

- 6 frozen phyllo sheets
- 300g (11 oz) minced meat (here is a tip how to make a tasty minced meat)
- 2 small onions
- 2 carrots
- sunflower oil
- salt, pepper

Chop the onions and carrots and fry them in sunflower oil for 5 minutes

Add the minced meat to the carrots and onions and cook it until the meat is ready stirring occasionally (about 20 minutes). Add salt and pepper

Take 1 phyllo sheet and spread some sunflower oil on top of it, then cover it with another phyllo sheet and spread the oil again

Put the minced meat stuffing on the phyllo sheet

And roll it up

Place the roll (seam side down) on a baking sheet and spread some oil on top of the roll

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the meat rolls for 15-20 minutes until light golden brown color

Serve them warm with some sour cream and enjoy! Bon appetit:-)
