Zucchini pesto recipe

If you'd like to cook something easy but tasty, try to prepare this zucchini pesto. This recipe is incredibly quick, delicious and versatile.You can use it as a snack served with some bread or crackers, as a pasta condiment or just as a sauce to accompany mains with meat. 

You need:

- 1 zucchini 
- 1 little garlic clove
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20g (1tbsp) nuts
- 5 basil leaves
- salt


Cut zucchini in small cubes and fry them slightly in some oil

Place cooked zucchini and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and combine until the paste is well mixed


And voilĂ ! It is ready to serve:-) In case you made too much pesto you can freeze it in a plastic bag. Bon appetit:-)
