Lentil pie recipe

My son doesn't like lentils and beans. So the best way to make him eat them is to hide them! He eats this pie happily without knowing that it's made of lentils:-) 

So, here is the recipe. We need:

- shortcrust pastry (I use the ready made one)
- 200g (7 oz) canned lentils (or you can cook them by yourself)
- 2 eggs
- 2 little onions
- 200g (7oz) grated cheese
- breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper

Blend all the ingredients (breadcrumbs excluded) with a blender.

Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Place the pastry into the tin and pour the filling into the pastry case.

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and bake the pie for 30 minutes until golden brown color.

 Here it is ready:-)
